Elena Nachmanoff serves as the Senior Vice President of Talent Development and Recruitment for NBC News and MSNBC where she oversees all on-air talent recruitment and development for both the television and digital news properties. Her responsibilities include the hiring, advancement and placement of all anchors, correspondents and contributors for both networks’ programs and global bureaus.
