How do I register?

Your password will need to be reset only if you forget it. To reset your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page.
Will I need to renew my account?
You will no longer need to renew your account every six months. Accounts will remain active unless there is one year of inactivity. If that occurs, you will need to contact us through the Contact Support Form.
I tried to register but was told I am already a registered user. What do I do?
You do not need to re-register. To reset your password, go to the Login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will receive an email with a temporary password.
Who is granted access to Media Village?
The contents on NBCU Media Village are for editorial use only for U.S. domestic press. International press should contact their local broadcaster or Getty Images (www.gettyimages.com/NBCUniversal) for press materials. [Canadian press - Please refer to our User Agreement].
How am I able to use NBCU photography?

Account sharing is not permitted and doing so may result in your account being revoked. All eligible employees should register for their own account.
