Las Vegas, NV – (November 30, 2020) – Telemundo Las Vegas / KBLR announced today that Benjamin Zamora has been named Anchor / Multimedia Journalist for Noticiero Telemundo Las Vegas. Zamora returns to Las Vegas as the station’s newscast main anchor on weekdays at 5:30 PM, 6 PM and 11 PM. He will make his debut today.

Zamora joins KBLR after working with Telemundo Chicago as an Anchor/Reporter since 2018. In this role, he anchored the weekend newscast and was the host of the political news talk show Enfoque Chicago. Previously, he worked at various Entravision stations, such as Univision Las Vegas, as Anchor/Producer from 2016-2018 and Univision 26 in El Paso from 2015-2016. Before this, Zamora worked at NBC El Paso as a Multimedia Journalist from 2013-2014. He began his career at Telemundo El Paso in 2010.
Zamora earned a Journalism and Communications diploma from Riverside Career and Technical Center in El Paso, Texas. He also studied Music Business at the University of Texas El Paso.
