STAMFORD, Conn. – Mar. 5, 2020 – This week’s Olympic sports programming across NBC Sports is highlighted by a star-studded field at the TYR Pro Swim Series meet in Des Moines, Iowa, live tonight on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA and tomorrow on NBCSN.

Headlining the women’s field in Des Moines is five-time Olympic gold medalist Katie Ledecky, four-time Olympic medalist Simone Manuel, women’s 100m and 200m backstroke world record holder Regan Smith, and two-time Olympic gold medalist Lilly King. World record holder Caeleb Dressel, twelve-time Olympic medalist Ryan Lochte, and three-time Olympic gold medalist Ryan Murphy highlight the men’s field.

Live coverage of the event begins tonight on Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA and OlympicChannel.com at 7:30 p.m. ET, while NBCSN presents encore coverage of day one at 11:30 p.m. ET. NBCSN will have live coverage tomorrow, Mar. 6, at 7:30 p.m. ET. Jason Knapp will call both days alongside three-time Olympic gold medalist and U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame member Rowdy Gaines.

NBC Sports presents live coverage of the 2020 American Cup gymnastics competition this weekend from Fiserv Forum in downtown Milwaukee, Wis. Gymnasts from 14 countries are expected to compete in the United States’ most prestigious international gymnastics event, which is part of the International Gymnastics Federation’s all-around World Cup series and plays a role in Olympic qualifying.

Live coverage of the event, which features six-time U.S. all-around champion and two-time Olympian Sam Mikulak and 2017 world all-around champion Morgan Hurd, kicks off with the women’s competition this Saturday, March 7 at 12:30 p.m. ET on NBC, and continues with the men’s competition at 5 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

In addition, Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA and OlympicChannel.com will present live coverage of the Nastia Liukin Cup tomorrow night at 8 p.m. ET. NBCSN will present encore coverage of the event this Sunday, Mar. 8, at 5 p.m. ET.

The Speed Skating season concludes this weekend with the World Cup Final from Heerenveen, Netherlands. NBC Sports Gold has live action of the two-day event this Saturday, Mar. 7, at 8:30 a.m. ET and this Sunday, Mar. 8, at 9:30 a.m. ET.

Olympic Channel: Home of Team USA presents coverage of Day 1 this Saturday at 10 p.m. ET and coverage of Day 2 this Sunday at 6 :30 p.m. ET, while NBCSN will present additional encore coverage of Day 1 on Saturday at Midnight ET.

2018 Olympic team pursuit bronze medalist Brittany Bowe and two-time mass start world champion Joey Mantia, who won his first career 1500m world medal at February’s World Single Distance Speed Skating Championships, are expected to headline the American contingent.

NBC Sports’ coverage of the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series, an annual series of international rugby sevens tournaments featuring national teams in men’s and women’s competition, continues this weekend with a stop in Vancouver.

Led by 2016 Rio Olympians Carlin Isles and Perry Baker, the American men are currently seventh in the season standings after finishing fifth at last weekend’s tournament in Los Angeles.

All HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series matches are available live on NBC Sports Gold’s Rugby Pass and NBCSN will present coverage of this weekend’s tournament Monday, Mar. 9, at 1 p.m. ET.

NBC Sports’ live coverage of the cross-country skiing World Cup continues this weekend with 2018 Olympic team sprint gold medalist Jessie Diggins headlining the women’s field in Oslo, Norway.

Diggins is currently sixth in the overall women’s standings, followed by fellow American and two-time Olympian Sadie Maubet Bjornsen in seventh.
