GOLF Channel and NBC Deliver Most-Watched PGA TOUR Sentry Tournament of Champions Since 2017
STAMFORD, Conn. – Jan. 13, 2021 – The PGA TOUR continues its Hawaii swing with the Sony Open at Waialae Country Club, Honolulu, Hawaii, live in primetime Thursday-Sunday on GOLF Channel. The first full-field PGA TOUR event of the year features Sentry Tournament of Champions winner Harris English attempting to join Justin Thomas and Ernie Els as the players to win both events in Hawaii in the same year since 1999.
Last week’s Sentry Tournament of Champions on GOLF Channel and NBC was the most-watched edition of the event since 2017, averaging 477,000 viewers across the two networks, up 4% vs. 2020 (457,000 viewers). Additional Sentry Tournament of Champions viewership highlights:
