Mier to make on-air debut alongside veteran Entertainment Reporter, Elva Saray, on September 19

UNIVERSAL CITY, CA - (September 18, 2019) – Telemundo 52 Los Angeles / KVEA today announced that Armida Mier has been named Co-host for the station’s popular weekday lifestyle and entertainment program “Acceso Total”. Beginning September 19, Mier will join Entertainment Reporter, Elva Saray, to deliver the latest in music, culture and social trends to Spanish-speaking audiences across 33 U.S. markets. The half-hour program airs Monday to Friday at 11:30 am PT (check local listings).

Mier joins Telemundo 52 Los Angeles from La Suavecita Network Radio Stations Jose 92.7 FM and 107.1 FM Los Angeles where she serves as the co-host of the weekday afternoon radio show “El Show de Armida y La Flaka” which broadcasts across 50 U.S. markets. Before this, she was the co-host for “El Show de Armida y La Flaka” on LATV, host of “Mexico en la Sangre” produced by Fonovisa, and host for “Tequila y Tejana” on V Mas TV U.S.A. among others.

A native of Sonora, Mexico, she studied Communications at el Tecnologico de Monterrey in Mexico. She is an advocate for children with cancer and works to raise awareness in the broader community about childhood cancer.
