“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” returns to Netflix for a fourth season featuring six new episodes on May 30.
Kimmy’s (Ellie Kemper) new job in HR proves to be more than she bargained for when her boss tells her she has to fire someone. Meanwhile, Jacqueline (Jane Krakowski) and Titus (Tituss Burgess) team up to create a new (fake) TV show for him to star in. And elsewhere, Lillian (Carol Kane) does whatever it takes to scatter a loved one’s ashes.
Created and executive produced by Tina Fey (“30 Rock”) and Robert Carlock (“30 Rock”), “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” has earned 16 Primetime Emmy Award nominations, including a best series nom for each of its first three seasons. In addition to Fey and Carlock, Jeff Richmond (“30 Rock”), Sam Means (“30 Rock”) and David Miner (“30 Rock,” “Master of None,” “Brooklyn Nine-Nine”) also serve as executive producers. “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” is a production of Universal Television, Little Stranger Inc., 3 Arts Entertainment and Bevel Gears for Netflix.
