Griffin Dunne plays Nicky Pearson on the NBC hit drama series “This Is Us.”

A mainstay in Hollywood for more than four decades, Dunne directed and produced the 2017 documentary “Joan Didion: The Center Will Not Hold,” about his Aunt Joan, which premiered at the New York Film Festival and was followed by a global release by Netflix.
